This traditional Creole blend is a delicious addition to all Caribbean dishes.
It can be used to season fish, meat, and vegetable recipes.
The blend varies from one island to the next in both the Caribbean and the Indian Ocean, but the basic components remain the same: chiles, turmeric, coriander, and mustard seeds. Like all our other blends, this one is prepared in our kitchen labs in Cancale.
