I created this herbal tea infusion to celebrate Le Bricourt Restaurant’s third Michelin star. The tea is both calming and energizing; it invigorates and soothes away small aches and fatigue.

Story

Rêves d’étoiles® was created in 2006 after Olivier Roellinger was awarded a third Michelin star for his restaurant Le Bricourt in Cancale, which has been transformed in La Maison du Voyageur where we prepared spice blends.
