Sprinkle lightly over vegetable, fish, and rice dishes. Dulse can also be used to flavor sauces and vinaigrettes. It will add a contrasting reddish-purple accent to fihished dishes.

Dulse’s flavor has a subtle, briny tang. I add dulse to salads, grated carrots, and sliced tomatoes. It is the perfect seasoning for all types of raw vegetables and can also be used to make savory fish sauces. (Add 1/2 teaspoon per serving to a cream sauce or beurre blanc.)
