Cinnamon recalls India and China ; cumin evokes the flavors of Middle Eastern cuisines. Their pairing provides a gorgeous aromatic complexity.

I took inspiration from the spice caravans that crossed India to reach the Middle East. For me, this spice blend smells like dreams under the open sky, the desert, and the starry celestial vault overhead.
