I created this pepper blend in 1984 after discovering that all peppers have different taste characteristics. This balanced mix allows you to enjoy the character of each pepper in the blend.

The first impression is one of finesse, followed by powerful flavors, and finally a lasting taste in the mouth.

Today, pepper is used in all world cuisine and is a strong link between people. It may even symbolize globalization, in the truest sense.
