Épices Rœllinger Pepper<Phu Quoc  Ripe Red Peppercorns

Phu Quoc Island, which is also known for its superior quality fish sauce, has been producing pepper since the 19th century.
Growers still use traditional production methods to pick the bright red, fully ripe peppercorns one by one. These are then dried in the shade to develop and preserve all their wonderful aromatic qualities.
After that, they are rinsed in mountain spring water and dried and sorted once more.
